Taysons Industries initiated the manufacturing of C.I. graded casting around 2 decades ago, with a starting capacity of 100 Tons / month. The futuristic lookout and stringent quality standard maintenance of the company soon bore fruits and with the addition of Divided Blast Cupola, the group enhanced its production to 200 tons / month capacity just within a span of 2 years. Keeping up with the market requirements, Pranav CNC works division was setup in 1999 and was equipped with modern & computerized machines for sufficing the need of machined castings.
Since production of quality materials requires quality engineering, the group has kept its facilities updated with the incorporation of state-of- art equipment such as Sand cooling plants, Pneumatic molding M/c, Induction furnace etc. along with fine-tuning of the production intricacies such as increasing core manufacturing capacity for shell cores, Cold box cores and 2/3 part nobake cores and has also added an S.G. Iron casting production facility, as well as inline machining capacity for a component in 2007 to its arsenal. In 2013, the company achieved a landmark and transformed into a Private Limited Company. The firm has been consistently upgrading its facilities to keep up with the growing demands of the clients, including increase in melting capacity to 700 Tons/month, enhanced core capacity with installation of new core making machines in an exclusively designed cold box core shop.
All these developments have been possible due to the support from satisfied customers and through the sincere efforts of the company employees.
